"Mark came within a short time from my call to John C Cassidy Air Conditioning for help when our air conditioner failed to keep running. Our home temperature rose to 83 degrees regardless of being set at 73 degrees. Due to health concerns, this scenario was not only uncomfortable, it was dangerous.. After doing a few tests,he found that refrigerant was leaking out as fast as it was replaced. We opted to replace the system so Christopher spoke with Bain and he came over and shared brands and cost estimates. Both Christopher and Bain were patient and knowledgeable. Bain completed the paperwork and arranged to have Elizel and Manny install the new system the next morning. They worked quickly, explained what they were doing and how the new system differed from our original equipment.
