"Mark came within a short time from my call to John C Cassidy Air Conditioning for help when our air conditioner failed to keep running. Our home temperature rose to 83 degrees regardless of being set at 73 degrees. Due to health concerns, this scenario was not only uncomfortable, it was dangerous..
